A superb hotel. Luxurious and spacious king suite. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Large spacious rooms. Good value for money. Quick delivery of toilet paper upon request.

The hotel had a great view of the city skyline from the room and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was really good. The location of the hotel was perfect - it was close to popular tourist attractions and only a short walk away from shopping areas.
The Wi-Fi didn't work at all during our stay and the staff didn't seem bothered to fix it. The breakfast was not very good, the selection was limited and the food was cold.

Location-wise, the hotel is quite far from the city center and other attractions. the area surrounding the hotel is not that lively. the rooms are alright but small. Breakfast is not particularly abundant, and it seems like the hotel restaurant is not too impressive. the staff provides decent service, and there is wifi for people working.
The noise level in the hotel is too high, especially during the night.

The hotel's entrance boasted beautiful decor and the receptionists were fluent in English. Both check-in and check-out processes went smoothly and our rooms were perfectly adequate, clean, and warm. The staff were sweet and accommodating, especially Aslam who spoke excellent English. We had no trouble communicating with the rest of the team, and they were consistently helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's location was ideal for transportation around this city, and parking facilities were decent.

The hotel offered a wonderful breakfast selection with a variety of tasty dishes to choose from. the location is perfect for business travelers as it was close to the convention center and other important venues. the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
The rooms were a bit small and cramped with limited storage space. the Wi-Fi signal was also inconsistent, leading to difficulties with online work.
